We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized HVAC Service Coordinator to join our team. The HVAC Service Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient scheduling and execution of HVAC service and repair tasks while maintaining exceptional customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Scheduling and Dispatching Schedule appointments for HVAC maintenance, repairs, and installations. Dispatch technicians to job sites based on priority and availability. Customer Service Handle customer inquiries and complaints. Provide information about services and scheduling. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly. Work Order Management Create, manage, and close out work orders. Track the progress of each job and update status as needed. Provide technicians with necessary job details and support. Ensure technicians have the tools and materials needed for each job. Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records of all service activities. Prepare and submit reports on service performance and job completion. Coordination and Communication Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and billing, to ensure seamless operations. Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and follow up on services rendered. Coordinate Travel Coordinate badging and site access Training and Development Organize training sessions for new and existing technicians. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practices. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Conduct follow-ups to ensure continued client satisfaction and secure future business. Emergency Response Coordinate and manage emergency service calls. Ensure quick and efficient response to urgent HVAC issues. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in HVAC service coordination or a related role. Strong understanding of HVAC systems and terminology. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Exceptional customer service and communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy. Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate. Knowledge of HVAC industry software and tools is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
