What You'll Do

• Supervise Scale House and Front Gate personnel
• Drive consistency in ticket quality, documentation, and data accuracy to enable effective reporting, trend analysis, and decision-making
• Keep scale certifications compliant with state and federal regulations
• Assist with coordinating general plant activities as needed
• Actively participate and assist in leading team with CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture (Take 2, Observation Cards and Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
• Support and conduct appropriate employee training and safety meetings as needed
• Responsible for daily housekeeping duties including but not limited to immediate work area
• All other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of SAP experience required
• 3+ years of scale house experience preferred
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to direct others to complete tasks efficiently and safely
• Work well with team members or independently; give and receive feedback in a constructive manner
• Ability to work with exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, dust fumes and mists, uneven surfaces, loud noise, elevated work areas, and confined spaces
• Strong communication skills required. Must read, speak and understand English language in verbal and written communication
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
