Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with mobility limitations
- Implement evidenced-based rehabilitation interventions to restore function and reduce impairment
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes in electronic health records
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team, physicians, and nursing staff to coordinate care and ensure patient safety
- Apply therapeutic modalities, manual therapy, and functional training tailored to home health or hospital rehab needs
- Manage patient handling and safety tasks, including lifting and assistive device use, across multiple facilities as needed

Requirements
- Active Montana Physical Therapist license
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program (bachelor’s, master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Certifications such as dry needling or pelvic floor therapy are welcome
- Ability to work effectively in a rural healthcare setting and travel between facilities
- Proficiency with computer applications in a healthcare setting; strong problem-solving and clinical reasoning skills
