Clinical Pharmacist — Home Infusion Care Leader
Option Care Health
Option Care Health is seeking an entry-level Clinical Pharmacist to provide safe and appropriate pharmacy services for home care patients. The role coordinates with Nursing, educates patients and caregivers, and ensures timely and accurate dispensing per USP standards and DEA regulations. The position requires a Pharmacy degree, active license, and knowledge of sterile IV admixture or MTM.
