RESPONSABILIDADES
- Limpiar y desinfectar áreas comunes, amenidades y baños.
- Barrer, trapear, aspirar y quitar el polvo.
- Limpiar vidrios, espejos, puertas y superficies de alto contacto.
- Retirar la basura y mantener las áreas de basura limpias.
- Reponer los suministros de limpieza y productos de los baños.
- Mantener las áreas de trabajo limpias y organizadas.
- Seguir los horarios de limpieza asignados y los procedimientos de la propiedad.
- Reportar cualquier problema de mantenimiento, daño o situación de seguridad.
REQUISITOS
- Ser una persona confiable y puntual.
- Ser trabajador(a) y detallista.
- Experiencia previa en limpieza o mantenimiento de áreas preferida.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente.
- Capacidad para realizar tareas físicas de limpieza.
- Tener transporte confiable.
- Disponibilidad flexible según las necesidades de la propiedad.
