Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an Interventional Radiology Tech for a travel assignment in Greenville, South Carolina.

This role supports a high-acuity IR department performing advanced interventional and vascular procedures in a busy hospital environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This assignment is ideal for IR Techs with strong special procedures experience who are comfortable supporting complex vascular and endovascular cases in a fast-paced setting.

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
• 13-week contract
• Day shift 5x8s (07:00–15:30)
• Patient ratio: 1:1 :contentReference[oaicite:0]index=0
• Call required: 1 night per week + every 7th weekend
• Float required across Prisma system within scope
• 1 position available

COMPENSATION
Because travel rates change frequently based on market demand and facility needs, our recruiters provide the most current and competitive pay packages during your initial conversation. Each compensation package is customized and may include taxable hourly wages along with tax-free stipends when applicable.

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with interventional radiology and special procedures
• Maintain sterile field and support procedural workflow
• Assist with angiography, embolization, and stent placement
• Support procedures including biopsies, drains, and vascular access
• Operate imaging equipment and maintain supplies
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Document procedures in Epic EMR system

WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Acute care hospital setting
• Interventional Radiology department
• High-acuity procedural environment
• Equipment includes Siemens/Philips systems

• Minimum 1 year Interventional Radiology / Special Procedures experience REQUIRED
• EPIC experience REQUIRED (HARD STOP)
• ARRT (R), BLS, and ACLS REQUIRED (in hand at submission)
• South Carolina Radiology license REQUIRED (in hand at submission)
• Must have IR / special procedures work setting experience
• First-time travelers may be considered based on experience
