Сейчас мы расширяем команду и ищем Motion Designer, который поможет нам создавать яркие игровые анимации и визуальные эффекты. У нас динамичный темп разработки, сильная команда и пространство для творчества и реализации собственных идей. Задачи: Создавать анимации персонажей, игровых объектов и механик для игр в жанре slots Разрабатывать визуальные эффекты, усиливающие игровой процесс и ключевые игровые события Участвовать в создании новых игр совместно с командой дизайнеров Предлагать и реализовывать собственные визуальные решения Работать над несколькими проектами в динамичном цикле разработки Требования: Опыт работы в GameDev, преимущественно в сфере iGaming (slots / casino) Уверенное владение Spine, Adobe After Effects и Adobe Photoshop Практические навыки скелетной анимации и создания VFX Опыт использования AI-инструментов: Kling, Nano Banana, ChatGPT, Seedance или аналогов Понимание принципов анимации, чувство динамики, тайминга и композиции Самостоятельность, внимание к деталям и умение работать в быстром темпе Условия: Удаленный формат и возможность работать из любой точки мира Возможность ЗП в валюте или с привязкой к ней Творческую свободу и возможность влиять на визуальную составляющую игр Разнообразные задачи и динамичную разработку Минимум бюрократии и прямое взаимодействие с командой Конкурентное вознаграждение, которое обсуждаем индивидуально с учётом опыта и ожиданий кандидата #J-18808-Ljbffr InOut Games
