Associate Managing Consultant at Harba Solutions | North Carolina Scientific Lead Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Perform analyses of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using advanced analytical techniques. Design, execute, and document laboratory experiments to support research, development, and manufacturing projects. Develop and validate analytical test methods in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis, and other analytical instruments. Interpret analytical data and provide clear, concise reports with recommendations for next steps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues, improve formulations, and enhance product performance. Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, ISO, and safety protocols at all times. Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field. Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation and laboratory techniques. Strong knowledge of chemical principles, laboratory safety practices, and regulatory compliance. Proven problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail. Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
