Job Title: Chat Support Specialist Location: Penny Hill, North Carolina, United States Employment Type: FULL_TIME Salary: $29 - $45 USD per hour Responsibilities Engage with customers via live chat to answer enquiries and provide information about our HVAC services, including central air conditioning, ductless mini-splits, and indoor air quality systems. Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional responses to all customer queries. Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and provide initial support for their HVAC issues. Schedule service appointments and consultations for our certified technicians. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions within our system. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further investigation. Uphold the company's high standards of customer service in every interaction. Gather customer feedback to help our team continuously improve our services. Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service, technical support, or chat support role. Exceptional written communication skills, with a strong grasp of spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for thinking logically under pressure. A patient, empathetic, and customer-centric approach. Proficient in using computers and comfortable learning new software platforms. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Previous experience or knowledge of the HVAC industry is an advantage but not essential.
