Information Technology Support Specialist

Excited to be partnering with a top-tier law firm as they continue to grow their presence in Charlotte. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team and have a direct impact on building out IT support in a new office. This role will start part-time (25–30 hours/week) and scale to full-time as the office expands. It’s a 3–6 month contract-to-perm opportunity with strong long-term potential. What you’ll be doing: Provide hands‑on technical support to lawyers, management, and staff Configure and deploy hardware including workstations, printers, and mobile devices Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and networking issues Support both in‑office and non‑standard home setups Track issues, document resolutions, and communicate progress clearly Partner with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues What they’re looking for: Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with all levels of users Organized, detail‑oriented, and professional in tracking and reporting work Reporting into the Director of Tech Support (NYC‑based) Close collaboration with the Charlotte Office Manager (great team and culture) One week of training in NYC required If you’re looking for a role where you can grow with a team and have real ownership in a new office buildout, happy to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr
