Cloud Support Specialist

Base Pay Range $160,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr About the Role We’re expanding our Cloud Engineering function and seeking an Azure Cloud Support Specialist to support complex Azure environments, lead technical troubleshooting, and guide the stability of enterprise applications. This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced, mission‑critical production settings. You’ll operate as the L3 expert across Azure applications and infrastructure, work closely with development teams, and influence cloud adoption across multiple regions. Responsibilities Act as the L3 escalation point for Azure apps, infrastructure, and production environments. Support pre‑production and post‑production deployments for enterprise Java applications. Implement and maintain scalable, secure Azure architectures, including monitoring, alerting, and automation. Collaborate with DevOps, development, security, and cloud engineering teams to drive operational excellence. Qualifications 7‑10 years supporting Azure environments in an engineering or production support capacity. Proven experience as an L3 support engineer across Azure applications, networking, and infrastructure. Strong understanding of CI/CD, IaC, and Cloud troubleshooting principles (Terraform/ARM/Bicep ideal). Hands‑on experience with automation or scripting (PowerShell, Azure DevOps, Ansible, or similar). Required Skills Expertise in Azure applications and infrastructure. Technical troubleshooting skills. Experience with automation and scripting. Preferred Skills Experience with CI/CD and IaC.
