Group Technology enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain robust applications within the Global Financial Market Technology space, focusing on Credit Risk domains such as counterparty risk and collateral management.
- Manage the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.
- Engage in active stakeholder management, collaborating with business analysts, risk managers, and operations teams to align technical delivery with business requirements.
- Develop backend services using Java and optimize database queries and structures using SQL.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain applications on Linux platforms using containerization technologies like OpenShift, Alauda, and CVM.
- Demonstrated experience in software development within the Credit Risk domain, specifically covering counterparty risk and collateral management.
- Strong technical proficiency in Java development and SQL database management.
- Hands-on experience with container technologies, specifically OpenShift, Alauda, and CVM.
- Solid working knowledge of Linux operating systems.
- Proven track record of managing the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity or experience with React is a strong plus.
