Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional condition to nursing staff Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents to prevent pressure injuries Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents Document resident care and observations accurately in accordance with facility protocols Build supportive, trusting relationships with residents and their families Requirements: Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification or training as a Home Health Aide or PCA in the state of Virginia.
