Step into a rewarding full-time role as a Speech-Language Pathologist serving students during the 26/27 school year. This contract opportunity offers a balanced schedule, running from 8:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. You'll work closely with a manageable caseload of 50-60 students, with the possibility for that number to decrease, providing you with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on each individual’s communication skills and overall academic success.

What we’re seeking:

• Hold a valid Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Possess PEL certification
• Open to those with SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY backgrounds
• Previous school-based experience is valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Committed to evidence-based practice and student-centered care

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to a diverse K-12 caseload
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and contribute to eligibility determinations
• Develop and implement IEPs, monitor progress, and maintain documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to integrate therapy into classroom learning
• Participate in school meetings and multidisciplinary teams
