Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based clinical services, including assessments, individual, group, and family therapy for clients experiencing mental health challenges.

• Create and manage integrated care plans that connect clients to resources and services that facilitate their recovery and well-being.

• Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to accomplish organizational goals, including participation in team meetings and case consultations.

• Conduct brief, developmentally appropriate screenings for new clients, and refer for further assessment when necessary.

• Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect their evolving needs.

• Engage in crisis intervention during high-stress situations to ensure client safety and immediate support.
\n
• Participate in committees focused on quality improvement and service delivery enhancement.
\n
• Provide timely and accurate reporting of client data and adherence to agency protocols.
\n
• Fulfill on-call responsibilities during designated hours to ensure continuous support for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 based on experience and qualifications.
