Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Oncology RNs

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 for RNs with over 2 years of experience in Oncology or Acute Care. New graduate RNs can receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Please note that eligibility and payout terms apply, and specifics will be discussed during the interview.

Compensation: Hourly rates range from $36.00 to $49.16, translating to a gross pay of $432.00 to $589.92 for a 12-hour shift (before taxes and deductions; overtime is compensated according to applicable laws).

Shifts: We offer 12-hour shifts, with options for days, nights, and mid shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, patient-centered care within the Oncology/Infusion Center, adhering to clinical standards and scope of practice.
• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and infusion treatments to adult oncology patients with diagnosed malignancies.
• Provide direct care to patients in an infusion setting.
• Monitor treatment responses and side effects, performing patient assessments as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and symptom management.
• Ensure compliance with oncology safety standards and hazardous drug handling protocols.
• Communicate clinical changes, lab results, and diagnostic findings to physicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with the oncology care team to coordinate treatment and supportive care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license in the state.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification upon hire, with maintenance of certification required.
• Oncology Nursing Certification is preferred.
• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
