Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a senior product leader to own the strategy, development, and go-to-market execution for four data products built on Latis Intelligence : Custom Audiences, Prebuilt Audiences, Pretargeting, and Campaign Lift .

These products leverage Latis intelligence to help agencies and brands better identify, reach, target, and measure audiences across paid media campaigns.

This role will sit at the intersection of product management, data, media, and commercial strategy . The ideal candidate understands how audience and data products are used within the advertising ecosystem and can translate agency and brand needs into clear product requirements, development roadmaps, and market-ready solutions.

The Product Owner will partner closely with Data Science, Data Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and agency/brand stakeholders to take products from concept through development, launch, adoption, and ongoing evolution.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the four Latis data products.
• Define product capabilities, use cases, target customers, and value propositions.
• Translate customer and market needs into actionable product requirements.
• Prioritize enhancements based on customer needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, and market opportunity.
• Identify opportunities to expand and evolve the Latis product portfolio.

Product Development

• Define detailed product requirements and build plans in partnership with Data Science and Data Engineering.
• Partner with technical teams to translate business and customer requirements into scalable data products.
• Oversee product development from concept through launch.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, priorities, timelines, and potential risks.
• Ensure products meet defined requirements and deliver meaningful value to customers.

Audience & Media Products

• Develop a strong understanding of audience creation, activation, targeting, and measurement workflows.
• Apply knowledge of paid media, programmatic advertising, audience data, and campaign measurement to product strategy.
• Understand how agencies and brands evaluate, purchase, activate, and measure data-driven media solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve audience quality, targeting capabilities, and campaign measurement.

Go-to-Market

• Own go-to-market planning for new products and major product releases.
• Develop product positioning, messaging, launch plans, and internal enablement.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and other commercial teams to ensure launch readiness.
• Develop product materials and enablement needed for agencies, brands, and internal customer-facing teams.
• Define launch sequencing and coordinate cross-functional readiness.

Customer & Market Engagement

• Serve as the primary product point of contact for agency and brand stakeholders.
• Gather customer feedback and translate insights into product requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer use cases, pain points, and evolving market needs.
• Represent customer needs internally and ensure they inform product decisions.
• Monitor competitive and industry developments across adtech, martech, audience data, and media measurement.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of relevant product management experience , with increasing responsibility and leadership scope.
• Proven experience managing data products, media products, advertising technology, or marketing technology .
• Strong understanding of paid media and agency/brand buying workflows .
• Experience developing products that leverage consumer, audience, identity, behavioral, or other large-scale datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into product requirements, roadmaps, and development plans.
• Experience partnering closely with Data Science and Data Engineering teams.
• Experience taking products from concept through development and commercial launch.
• Strong go-to-market experience, including positioning, sales enablement, launch planning, and readiness .
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a highly cross-functional, fast-moving environment.

Preferred Experience

• Adtech, martech, CTV, programmatic, audience data, identity, or media measurement experience.
• Experience working directly with advertising agencies and enterprise brands .
• Experience with audience segmentation, audience activation, pretargeting, attribution, incrementality, or campaign measurement.
• Familiarity with identity graphs, consumer intelligence platforms, and data activation ecosystems.
• Experience launching data products that are sold or licensed to external customers.

Additional Information

The starting pay range for this role is $175,000 - $270,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
