Do you enjoy getting involved in your community, helping local people succeed? If so, you may be the person we need. LocalNews1.org, a local online news outlet serving 70,000 households in the Franklin County, Pennsylvania, and Washington County, Maryland, area.
What will you do? Build relationships, advise businesses, and help people understand how our digital newsroom and advertising serves readers of all ages and interests every day.
You’ll be out in the community, listening to business owners, offering solutions and building trust. You’ll attend community civic groups and fairs on occasion to help the marketing team spread the word about what LocalNews1 is and does.
We’d love to have you IF:

-- you have strong communication and people skills
We will train the right person, if you are motivated and willing to learn and are genuinely excited about the task we’ve outlined.
