The role Your mission is to turn our products, our team, and our journey into content people come back for: trend-aware short-form video, images, and any other formats that convert viewers into followers and followers into buyers. You'll work with our creative leads to strategize, plan, and film. This is a role with real creative ownership — we're hiring you for your eye and your instincts, not to execute someone else's calendar. You'll shape how our brands show up on all social media platforms, driving creativity, performance, and community connection, while helping elevate creative direction across the broader social team. What You'll Do Work with our Video Product Manager for our social channels — what we make, why we make it, and what it's supposed to do Film yourself and others: unboxing videos, product demonstrations, behind-the-scenes, team features, episodic series, memes, everything social Edit your own work in CapCut (desktop) or Premiere. Produce lo-fi graphics and design assets to support posts (Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar) Write copy that's fluent in both internet-speak and brand-speak Pitch ideas constantly — including the memes What We’re Looking For Proven success growing a social account, with a portfolio or account examples (required) A strong eye for cookware: you understand what makes a pan look aspirational on camera Self-sufficiency in filming and editing Comfort in front of the camera as an on-screen presence Fluency in short-form trends, hooks, and best practices across Reels and Tiktok You can turn around your own graphics — nothing precious, just fast and on-brand You scroll a lot and it shows — breaking news, cultural shifts, the latest trend, slang, creator drama An improviser's mindset: you meet opportunities and problems as a "yes, and" Strong verbal and written communication — you can sell an idea in a room Genuinely social.
