Responsibilities Drive to multiple customers’ homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances with high quality and efficiency (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves). Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations consistently. Provide customers with value‑added solutions that help keep their homes clean, comfortable and protected. Maintain a well‑organized truck and manage parts efficiently. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing & repair tools. Preferred experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances. Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship. Comfortable using smartphones for part ordering and job management. Successfully pass a background check and drug screen. Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work. Ability to travel up to 100%. Availability for variable and flexible hours, including overtime. Ability to read, understand and apply technical written instructions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English. Physical ability to handle repetitive lifting up to 20 lbs (frequent lifting up to 50 lbs; occasional up to 100 lbs). Ability to reach, bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, and crawl frequently. Ability to reach above shoulder height occasionally. Ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle.
