Job Summary:

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will assess and treat patients dealing with breathing and cardiopulmonary disorders. Collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals, you will create and implement effective treatment plans for patients of all ages, in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' respiratory health.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Administer respiratory therapies, including oxygen therapy and ventilator management.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory health and home care practices.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Respiratory Therapist license in Ohio.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of respiratory care practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Schedule:
