This is a Full-Time, fully Remote position supporting our US-based operations. The successful candidate will be a crucial first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for generating high-quality leads and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales executives. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills who is passionate about contributing to the growth of a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media channels.
• Clearly and professionally articulate the value proposition of Publicis Sapient's services.
• Qualify leads against established criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our solutions.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for the senior sales team.
• Meticulously maintain and update client information and communication records within our CRM system.
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified appointments set.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role, such as an Appointment Setter, Sales Development Representative, or Telesales Executive.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A self-starter attitude with the drive to achieve targets and work independently in a remote setting.
• Resilience and a positive mindset when handling objections.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience within the technology, consulting, or digital marketing industry is highly desirable.
