At BathWorks, we’re looking for people who are naturally good with others, communicate confidently, and are motivated by goals. You’ll connect with warm leads who have already shown interest in a Jacuzzi® shower or bath remodel, build trust, and help them take the next step.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with and follow up with warm leads
• Build rapport and understand homeowner needs
• Answer questions and handle objections
• Schedule appointments for our sales team
• Work toward individual and team goals

Full-Time Schedule Options

Choose a consistent, steady schedule:

• Monday–Friday | 11:30 AM–8:00 PM
• Saturday–Wednesday | 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
• Thursday–Monday | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Starts onsite in Byron Center with potential hybrid/remote flexibility after 90 days based on training completion and KPI performance.
