**The Position Overview** We are an elite private commercial consulting firm. We are hunting for ruthless, articulate, and performance-driven outbound appointment setters to call US-based business owners and executives.

You will be spearheading outbound B2B campaigns pitching our **Fortune 500-trained Nearshore BPO and Virtual Assistant infrastructures**. You will target companies actively looking to scale their operations by offering elite, offshore talent for:

* **Outbound/Inbound Sales & Acquisitions**
* **Customer Service & Retention**
* **Technical Support Operations**

**This is a pure Appointment Setting role.** You do not have to close the deal. Your only job is to aggressively hunt targets, get past the gatekeeper, qualify the prospect's pain points, and secure a calendar meeting with our Managing Principal. We handle the close.

**The Compensation & Progression Structure** We operate a strict, high-yield performance structure. If you need a guaranteed hourly rate just to log in and look at a screen on Day 1, do not apply.

* **Months 1 to 3 (Probationary Phase):** 100% Commission-Only as an Independent Contractor (1099). You earn **$500.00** upfront for every meeting you book that results in a signed contract. You will also earn an ongoing **trailing commission** for as long as that client remains active.
* **Transparency:** You will have full CRM/Tracker visibility. You will see exactly where your booked meetings stand in our pipeline.
* **Month 4+ (Performance Base Retention):** Upon hitting your outbound volume and booking targets during the 90-day probation, you will transition to a permanent **Hourly Base Salary PLUS Commission** structure with team leadership options.

**Requirements**

* **Flawless or Native-Level English:** Exceptional verbal communication. You must be capable of speaking peer-to-peer with American CEOs and business owners without sounding like a script-reading telemarketer.
* **B2B Inside Sales Experience:** Minimum 1+ years of proven experience handling cold outbound B2B sales or high-ticket appointment setting.
* **Technical Sovereignty:** A highly reliable, hardwired internet connection, a professional noise-canceling headset, and a completely quiet, dedicated remote workspace. You do not require micro-management.
