Assistant Food & Beverage Manager We’re currently in search of an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager who shares these values and will champion them. The candidate will strive to be a leader second-to-none, know how to motivate a team, elevate standards, cultivate an environment for learning, and break obstacles by working closely with their team to achieve the ultimate outcome. About You Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience. A post‑secondary diploma or degree would be a plus. Advanced knowledge of food & beverage operations, a strong leader and proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation. Salary: $66,300 Starwood Hotels is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
