Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days | Onsite | Rotating weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Progressive Care Unit (PCU/IMC/Stepdown) floor
• Demonstrate competency and comfort working in an ICU/MOSU environment
• Adhere to unit dress code requirements (navy scrubs)
• Participate in rotating holiday and weekend scheduling
• Float to a sister facility as needed based on staffing and census demands

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 24 months PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
• Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments is strongly advantageous
