Adair Agency is looking for motivated, coachable individuals who want flexibility, strong mentorship, and the opportunity to build a long-term career in insurance. - Sales, customer service, hospitality, teaching, coaching, or other people-facing experience is a plus

CompensationThis is a commission-only opportunity with expected compensation of $72,308 to $81,632 per year for agents who are trained, active, and consistently following the system. There is no base salary, and actual earnings will vary based on effort, consistency, licensing status, and production.
