Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and support access awareness through strong communication and customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $15.96 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tue: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and security‑related policies at a food and beverage location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that should be reported. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information as required, and document daily activities, observations, and incident details in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines. Support emergency response activities, assist with traffic and/or delivery flow at the location, and communicate clearly with site personnel regarding security‑related concerns and policy questions. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
