Job Description
We are seeking an Assembler 1to join our team. The candidate will operate and troubleshoot assembly line machinery, handle materials, and maintain accurate production records to support safe and efficient manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing assembly line machinery and equipment.
- Operate equipment to install parts, components, or sub-assemblies into in-process products.
- Move, pack, and sort raw materials and finished goods.
- Monitor output quality and identify, discard, or rework faulty products.
- Maintain accurate daily assembly production records for performance analysis.
- Cross-train and support multiple production lines as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to set up and operate manufacturing or assembly equipment safely.
- Attention to detail with basic quality inspection skills.
- Capability to follow work instructions and maintain documentation.
- Experience level: Entry-level to 2 years in manufacturing or assembly.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or 5S practices.
- Prior experience with cross-training across production lines.
