Responsibilities : Maintain high activity levels, handling phone calls, texts, and emails. Manage the new business onboarding process. Schedule insurance reviews and financial appointments. Identify new business opportunities via telephone, referrals, and various lead sources provided. Identify cross-sell opportunities. Work Schedule : Monday to Friday. A consistent 40-hour workweek. Pacific time zone 8:30 AM-5:30 PM PST. Benefits : Competitive Compensation: Base pay plus bonuses, ranging from $75,000 to $112,000 annually. Leadership and growth opportunities.
