Tower Shipping Lead

As a Tower Shipping Lead, you’ll become a part of this mission by leading the team that ensures the shipping functions at your facility run in an efficient manner to guarantee customer satisfaction. Job Details Hourly: $26 per hour Shift: Night Shift (Sunday to Wednesday) beginning at 6pm Location: 4875 N Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406 Full Time Responsibilities Preparing documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route products Recording shipping data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and record‑keeping purposes Conferring and corresponding with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damage and non‑conformance to specifications Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels Assisting the Supervisor with varied office and dock responsibilities, including filing Benefits Paid training provided Weekly pay and benefits available from day one (medical, dental, vision, company‑matched 401(k)) PTO and holiday pay offered Career progression opportunities Tuition reimbursement Employee health & wellness program Employee discounts / purchasing programs Employee assistance program Work Environment Grocery (dry goods).
