Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Labor and Delivery - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours - Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Perinatal Float Pool RN Location: San Diego, CA Start Date: Biweekly Start Dates Available Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12 Requirements: /t - Minimum 2 years combined Labor & Delivery and Postpartum experience (hard stop) /t - Must be competent and cross-trained in both L&D and Postpartum /t - Must be willing to float between JMC L&D, JMC Postpartum, and Hillcrest LDRP /t - Experience with labor management, postpartum care, fetal monitoring, and newborn/maternal care /t - Required certifications per facility standards Preferred: /t - Previous float pool experience /t - Strong adaptability and teamwork skills Notes: /t - Perinatal Float Pool position /t - Must be available to work 1 additional OT shift every 2 weeks (7 shifts total) based on unit needs /t - Manager provides a minimum of 2 weeks' notice for schedule changes /t - Cross-training across all three perinatal units is mandatory HonorVet Technologies Job ID #32375231.
