Our organization is in search of a Breast Imaging Radiologist to provide locum coverage in Tennessee. Here are some key details:
- Focus exclusively on Breast Imaging.
- A standard workweek runs from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including a 30-minute lunch break.
- A 4-day workweek option is available if preferred.
- Participate in a tumor board meeting every Thursday morning at 7:00 AM.
- Responsibilities include performing screening and diagnostic mammograms, as well as screening and diagnostic ultrasounds, Breast MRIs, and both 2D and 3D tomosynthesis.
- Experience with Breast MRIs and procedures is preferred but not mandatory.
- While Breast CT is not required, having experience in this area is considered a plus.
- On average, each physician handles 50-60 cases daily, which includes 20-30 screening exams and 20-25 diagnostic interactions.
- We are open to considering a locum-to-permanent arrangement for interested candidates.
