Make a positive impact by supporting students’ growth as a dedicated onsite Occupational Therapist in a school-based setting near Hanover, PA. This contract role spans from ASAP through May 28, 2027, providing consistent hours (35 hours per week, weekdays from 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM). You will primarily serve students at an elementary school, with occasional responsibilities at the local high school, collaborating with educational teams and families in a supportive environment.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Current Occupational Therapist certification (required)
• Prior experience in pediatric, school-based, or educational OT settings preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop tailored treatment plans to meet students’ individual needs
• Collaborative approach to working with teachers, administrators, and families

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver direct therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Complete thorough evaluations and document all services as required
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input regarding student progress
• Consult with educators and staff to foster inclusive, accessible learning environments
• Travel between elementary and high school sites as scheduled
