Physician Assistant (PA-C) — In-Home Health Evaluations

We're hiring 1099 PAs to complete pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. Compensation — earn more as you commit more: Base rate of $70 per completed assessment. Tiered pay structure: Your per-visit rate increases as you commit to more hours per month. 6–11 visits/day = $420-$900. Pay-per-test bonuses for qualifying visits (labs, screenings, etc.). Rates vary by market — recruiter will share specifics for your state. Position Details: Pre-scheduled visits with pre-populated patient forms. Visits span multiple counties in your assigned region — broader coverage means more visits and higher earning potential. 60 hours/month minimum commitment. No nights or weekends required. Short-term and long-term contracts available. Travel assignments available — airfare, hotel, and rental car covered (eligibility-based). Malpractice insurance included. Requirements: Active, unrestricted state PA license. Current NCCPA certification (PA-C). Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program. Reliable personal transportation.
