For those exploring BCBA jobs in Boca Raton FL, this is a rewarding opportunity to grow as a clinical supervisor, guiding and mentoring a team of Behavioral Technicians and Program Coordinators to deliver the highest quality care.Responsibilities:Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures and functional assessment measures.Develop individualized goals and objectives for home, community, and school-based programs and designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.Teach Registered Behavioral Technicians the proper implementation of clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems, and all necessary monitoring and reporting systems.Conduct regular caregiver and/or teacher training.Be responsible for ongoing individual program oversight and conducting weekly supervision meetings with Registered Behavior Technicians.Update client program and materials.Arrive at appointments, meetings, training, etc. at the scheduled time and return phone calls, electronic mail, and other correspondence in a timely fashion.Conduct self in a professional manner and treat all clients, customers, co-workers, and others with dignity, respect, and in a culturally sensitive manner.Meet regularly with the Clinical Director and notify her/him immediately of issues impacting the client's progress and satisfaction.Maintain records in accordance with policies and procedures and completes all necessary documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner.Maintain a billable caseload and document billable hours according to state and federal regulation.Participate in professional meetings or conferences deemed to be beneficial to Mindful Sprouts and professional growth.Adhere to the mission, vision, and values of Mindful Sprouts.Requirements:Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, social work, speech-language pathology, or related field required; Ph.D. preferred.BCBA certification and/or licensed professional.At least 1 year of experience serving individuals with ASDs or related diagnoses with a full range of skills and abilities (preferred).Strong knowledge and deep understanding of behavior-analytic therapies.Experience with staff training and supervision.Excellent writing and communication skills; highly organized with the ability to multitask.Able to work well as part of a team.Must have successfully passed a criminal background screening.Benefits:Sign-on bonus!Bi-weekly performance bonus.Competitive salary based on experience, expertise, and attitude.Up to 20 days of paid vacation and 5 days of paid sick time.Health, Dental, and Vision insurance upon regularization.Employee Referral Program BonusAnnual salary increases with a predictable percentage increase based on performance review.Supervision and Competency Assessment at no cost.ACE-accredited continuing education and professional development programs with opportunities to earn CEUs and PDUs.Career advancement opportunities and career development plans.
