Medical Device Surgery Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for coordinating and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of materials needed for surgery. Ensures the safe and timely transportation of inventory to medical facilities and locations.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (How You’ll Create Impact):

 

§ Coordinates with staff to ensure surgery requisitions are submitted timely and accurately.

§ Checks orders for completeness and make recommendations based on prior usage.

§ Fulfills surgery requests accurately and within required timeframes.

§ Uses ERP/MRP software to loan, receive, ship, issue, and track inventory.

§ Collaborates with Sales Operations, Supply Chain, and on-site warehouse teams to fulfill orders.

§ Assists warehouse personnel with manual order fulfillment as needed.

§ Ensures the timely return of inventory and maintains real-time status updates.

§ Boxes, packs, labels, ships instruments, and handles deliveries and returns safely.

Education/Experience Requirements (Your Background)

 

· Required Education/Experience:  

High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 years of relevant experience
