Intake Specialist / Inside Sales PersonOur home healthcare client is looking for an intake specialist / inside sales person to join their team fully in office.Preferred Experience & SkillsMinimum of 4 years of inside and/or outside sales experience, with a strong track record of consistent closing successProven ability to meet or exceed sales goals through effective deal-closing skillsBackground in home care, healthcare, senior services, insurance, or other consultative sales environments is a plus!Confident, articulate, and professional phone presence that conveys knowledge, trust, and energy (a strong, engaging voice is essential)Ability to lead and guide conversations with warmth, compassion, and confidenceSkilled in closing sales on the first call when appropriate, while preserving trust, empathy, and rapportExceptional listening skills, particularly in emotionally sensitive or high-stakes conversationsHigh emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate complex, family-centered decision-makingCapable of managing the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through close and seamless handoffExperience using CRM platforms such as CareFunnels, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems preferred
