Your Mission As our Intake Coordinator, you'll be the organizational superstar behind our Clinical Team. You'll help keep everything running smoothly by supporting client intake, case management, clinical reporting, and day-to-day administrative operations. Schedule: MondayFriday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch) What You'll Be Doing Support the Clinical Director and Clinical Team with administrative projects Enter and manage data across multiple clinical database systems Coordinate client intake by communicating with caregivers and referring physicians to help families get started with services Partner with field staff and school personnel to ensure a smooth onboarding experience Prepare clinical reports and assist with case management activities Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities Jump in wherever needed to support our growing team What Makes You a Great Fit Detail-oriented and highly organized A critical thinker and creative problem solver Dependable and accountable An excellent communicator Ethical, trustworthy, and committed to confidentiality Able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively Qualifications Bachelor's degree (preferred) At least 1 year of experience as a Patient Coordinator or in a clinical/healthcare administrative role Fluent English and Spanish (required) Strong Microsoft Office skills Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills WeEvolve, LLC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
