Every child, family, and team member matters here, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for making an impact.Your MissionAs our Intake Coordinator, you'll be the organizational superstar behind our Clinical Team. You'll help keep everything running smoothly by supporting client intake, case management, clinical reporting, and day-to-day administrative operations.Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)What You'll Be DoingSupport the Clinical Director and Clinical Team with administrative projectsEnter and manage data across multiple clinical database systemsCoordinate client intake by communicating with caregivers and referring physicians to help families get started with servicesPartner with field staff and school personnel to ensure a smooth onboarding experiencePrepare clinical reports and assist with case management activitiesParticipate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunitiesJump in wherever needed to support our growing teamWhat Makes You a Great FitDetail-oriented and highly organizedA critical thinker and creative problem solverDependable and accountableAn excellent communicatorEthical, trustworthy, and committed to confidentialityAble to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectivelyQualificationsBachelor's degree (preferred)At least 1 year of experience as a Patient Coordinator or in a clinical/healthcare administrative roleFluent English and Spanish (required)Strong Microsoft Office skillsKnowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentialityExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsWeEvolve, LLC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
