Job Summary:
- Hours are 8a-4p or 9a-5p CST
- Spearhead evolution of AI-enabled, human inspected agentic workflows to develop more efficient and scalable processes across Business communications.
- Support integration of tech platforms that improve communications and onboarding, including SharePoint, Adobe, analytics tools, and future MarTech capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive automation opportunities and process improvements that reduce manual work and improve speed to market.
- Develop best-in-class, industry-leading customer-facing service communications including but not limited to Product launches, pricing changes, onboarding, and CPNI incidents.
- Exemplify passion and expertise for putting customer at the center of every communication.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather inputs, ask the right questions, and turn intake requests into polished communication drafts.
- Draft and refine customer-facing communications across Business - ensuring messaging is consistent, customer-centric, and aligned with Brand voice.
- Leverage Copilot AI Agents and other AI tools to continuously optimize copy based on performance insights and stakeholder feedback.
- Strong portfolio/work samples are required.
- 5+ years of professional copywriting experience.
- Telecom industry experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot AI, SharePoint, and AI-powered content tools.
