Inside Sales Representative

Location: 100% Onsite - Downers Grove, IL

Job Type: Direct Hire

Are you a driven inside sales professional who enjoys building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and exceeding goals? Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join a growing team and support healthcare providers across a designated territory. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment, enjoys prospecting, and is motivated by helping customers find solutions that improve patient care.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business through outbound calls, email outreach, referrals, and virtual meetings
• Manage and grow a dedicated sales territory while achieving revenue targets
• Build relationships with physician offices, specialty clinics, hospitals, surgery centers, and healthcare organizations
• Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts
• Deliver product presentations and virtual demonstrations to prospective customers
• Document customer interactions and opportunities within a CRM system
• Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales, business development, or B2B sales experience
• Interest or prior experience in healthcare/medical field
• Proven track record of generating and closing new business
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting tools
