Speech Language Pathologist (Part time) - Liverpool, NY Job Type: Part time or Per diem schedule ( 2-4 weekday afternoons or evenings and Saturday mornings) Setting: Out Patient clinic
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide individualized speech therapy services in an outpatient clinical setting. Key Roles & Responsibilities

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct one-on-one speech therapy to pediatric and adult clients
- Administer and interpret speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate clients and families on communication and swallowing strategies
- Collaborate with therapists, educators, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for evaluations, treatment, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Participate in program development and team meetings as needed
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Completion of Praxis Exam (required)
- Active or eligible New York State SLP license
- CCC-SLPs and CFYs are encouraged to apply
