Parts Specialist

Job Description

The Parts Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory of parts to ensure availability and efficient operations. This role involves using automated inventory software to track stock levels, identifying parts accurately, and replenishing stock as needed. The Parts Specialist works within a small team, collaborates moderately with customers, and supports seamless parts management processes.

Responsibilities

Manage inventory using automated inventory software
Maintain accurate parts identification and records
Replenish stock to meet operational needs
Develop thorough product knowledge to assist team and customers
Collaborate within a small team environment (2-5 members)
Engage moderately with customers to provide parts information and support

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years experience in parts management
High School Diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with inventory control practices
Strong attention to detail
Basic computer skills
