Help
Maintaining and monitoring the Facilities Equipment Maintenance (FEM) System.
Serves as the technical advisor for administering the maintenance work order system.
Use automated maintenance control data system to provide system control, oversight, repair history and analysis.
Prepare annual and periodic program reports, graphs using statistics and comparative analysis.
Performs administrative duties such as time and attendance, processing travel orders/vouchers, creating training requests, creating purchase requests, and creating overtime reports.
Serves as the primary timekeeper.
