We are an inclusive team of unique individuals who show up each day with a grateful spirit, humble heart, and a genuine respect for one another.**Kids Club Supervisor****White Columns Country Club – Milton, Georgia****Position Overview**White Columns Country Club is seeking an energetic, responsible, and engaging **Kids Club Supervisor** to provide a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for our members’ children. This role is essential in enhancing the family experience at the Club by delivering high-quality care and developing and executing interactive programming.**Key Responsibilities*** Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times* Supervise Kid's Club Attendants and Camp Counselors* Create a fun, engaging, and inclusive environment through games, crafts, and activities* Assist in the creation and lead kids club programming* Check children in and out according to Club procedures* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area* Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s experience or any concerns* Enforce Kids Club policies and safety standards consistently* Assist with special events, family programming, and seasonal activities* Respond calmly and appropriately to any incidents or emergencies**Qualifications*** Previous teaching, childcare, camp, or youth program experience required.
