Administrative Lead Specialist

: We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales support assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team. Get involved with Prolift' Garage Door's newest location in Lawrenceville, GA. BY getting in on the ground floor will give you the upper hand with Opportunity. This position will challenge you daily to be creative and have a attitude of a problem solver. Responsibilities:

• Work with technicians to effectively communicate with leads looking to repair or install a garage door.
• Monitor competitive product offerings, and develop a deep understanding of our product categories
• Learning and mastering internal systems such as Service Titan
• Collaborate with ownership on unsold leads

Job Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have a High School education or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel are required
• Intuitive/creative thinker
• Professional demeanor
• Problem identifier and solver
• Able to handle multiple priorities
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred
