A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor, with strong communication skills. Ability to manage productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved. Prioritizes guest service and satisfaction. High school graduate or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in a call center or retail environment preferred.
