This individual will work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design and deploy automation use cases, and grow UiPath adoption and functionality across the enterprise. The client is in the early stages of their UiPath implementation, making this a ground-floor opportunity to shape and scale the automation program.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy automation solutions hands-on within the UiPath platformEngage directly with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document automation requirements and process workflowsIdentify, prioritize, and implement high-value automation use cases across the organizationExpand UiPath usage and functionality by driving adoption, onboarding new processes, and evangelizing automation opportunitiesTroubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing automations to ensure reliability and performanceSupport the broader implementation and maturation of the organization's UiPath automation program from the ground upQualificationsHands-on experience designing and deploying automation solutions in UiPathProven ability to work with business stakeholders, understand their processes, and translate them into automation requirementsTrack record of implementing and scaling RPA use cases across an organizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindsetExcellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business audiences
