Cloud Consultant/Business Analyst

The Cloud Consultant/Business Analyst will primary resource leading a Salesforce.com project. They are a client-facing consultant that requires consulting expertise, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) industry acumen, and strong communication skills. The Cloud Consultant/Business Analyst may hold end-to-end engagement responsibilities including requirements gathering, documentation, implementation, knowledge transfer (training), and overseeing the production of deliverables. Engagements will require the hands-on participation of the Cloud Consultant/Business Analyst as a subject matter expert and/or application expert.Responsibilities:• Host business requirements meetings with the client• Work as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams, testing teams and business stakeholders• Author business use cases & user stories• Host presentations of prototypes/demos with business users• Configuration and testing of Salesforce functionality during implementations• Assist with the writing of business requirements documents for developers & data consultants• Assist with User Acceptance testingRequired Skills:• Prior experience with the configuration & implementation of Salesforce.com functionality• Firm understanding of Salesforce.com best practices• Prior experience working on an agile project• Have knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Salesforce Sales, Service, Communities or Custom cloud• Prior experience with Salesforce configuration: creating pages, tabs, views, filters, validation rules, workflows, process builder, cloud flow designer, approvals, profiles, role, security permissions, custom objects, custom fields, relationships, reports/dashboards, lightning UI and other configuration related activities• Excellent presentation skills• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience• Salesforce Certifications: App Builder & Admin preferable• 3-5 years of Salesforce consulting experience• 5-8 years of overall consulting experienceThe Cloud Consultant/Business Analyst will primary resource leading a Salesforce.com project.
